Canonbury Antiques were established in 1964 by Martin Worster. He began with a small stall selling small items, bric a brac and odds and ends within the New Caledonian Market in London. However over the years the small stall rapidly grew in to a chain of antique shops right up to today where they are now regarded as one of the most respected reproduction furniture companies within the UK.

Recently added to our collection is the stunning American Resolute Presidents desk. This is an exact replica of the actual desk that was given to the President of the United States by the Queen of England in 1855. Located at the rear of the desk is a commemorative plaque which has a captivating inscription which details the history of this unique piece of furniture.
