Martin Worster photography - based out of Orange County, Southern California - specialises in all manner of product photography. If you are running an e-commerce business and need high quality product photography then look no further. I have been taking photos professionally for over twenty years and have a lot of experience in the field.
Originally, working as a music journalist out of my native London in the 1990s I took photos and wrote about the music scene. I still take photos of gigs and bands at live shows as this is a passion of mine. Although I have for twenty years specialised in product photography, particularly in the design, interiors and decorative arts fields. Having run an antiques business, mainly online and through e-commerce I really know the need for high quality product photos to make your products stand out and sell. The photos have to really pop, as well as being sharp, bright, correctly exposed and showing all angles of whatever it is you are looking to sell.

I have been running the Canonbury Antiques website for many years and I take all of the product photos on this platform. Having seen both sides of the business, both as a photographer and e-commerce seller, I have a very solid understanding of what my clients need. One big factor is the ability to work fast and provide lots of high quality images in a days photography - after all, the more you photograph the more the goods you will sell. As many of us know in e-commerce it's - referencing the vast amounts of data - all about the numbers. On a good day with antiques I can photograph almost a 100 pieces in one day.

I practice my product photography using the Nikon system. I use a Nikon z7 which is 46 million mega pixels and has a 4 K video camera. I work with remote flashes on tripod stands with umbrellas to diffuse the light. This way the products are very bright and clear and the good resolution means they can be zoomed into, important for small details. I will also use a marco lens for close up work.
I travel extensively between the UK and the US so I can also work on photoshoots in the UK, so if you are looking for a London product photography we can also book a session. Please get in touch with any questions or for a quote.
